Birth
My name is Colin Kovarik. I was born at 8:34 am on July 7^th 2004 at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego. I weighed 7 lbs. 7 oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long. On this page you can find my pictures of my first days.

First Checkup
On 7/10/04 I had a checkup and measurements. I was:

• Weight: 6 lbs. 15 oz. (25^th percentile)
• Length: 20 1/2" (75^th percentile)
• Head: 14" (45^th percentile)

6 Week Checkup
On 8/18/04 I had a checkup and measurements. I was:

• Weight: 10 lbs. 12 oz. (70^th percentile)
• Length: 23 1/2" (95^th percentile)
• Head: 15 1/2" (75^th percentile)

Rolling Over
On October 26^th 2004 I rolled over by myself from back to front. On November 13^th I could roll over and over, from back to front and front to back. I immediately began using this transportation method to get to things I wanted.

4 Month Checkup
On 11/10/04 I had a checkup and measurements. I was:

• Weight: 15 lbs. (50^th percentile)
• Length: 24 3/4" (50^th percentile)
• Head: 17" (75^th percentile)

Solid Food
On November 13^th 2004 I ate solid food for the first time. My meal was rice cereal–Yum!

First Haircut
My hair was getting in my eyes, so on December 21^st 2004 I had my first haircut. On February 9^th 2005 I had my first professional haircut.

6 Month Checkup
On 1/12/05 I had a checkup and measurements. I was:

• Weight: 17 lbs. 9 1/2 oz. (50^th percentile)
• Length: 28" (93^rd percentile)
• Head: 17 3/4" (85^th percentile)

Crawling
I've been crawling somewhat for quite a while, but on February 8^th 2005 I mastered crawling.

First Tooth
My first tooth came in on February 12^th 2005. It was one of my top front teeth.

9 Month Checkup
On 4/13/05 I had a checkup and measurements. I was:

• Weight: 19 lbs. 4 oz. (30^th percentile)
• Length: 29" (75^th percentile)
• Head: 18" (60^th percentile)

Tumbling
On May 24^th 2005 I was able to hang by myself from the uneven bars in my tumbling class. I was hanging by my hands and supporting all my weight by myself.

First Steps
I took my first steps on May 28^th 2005.

12 Month Checkup
On 7/13/05 I had a checkup and measurements. I was:

• Weight: 21 lbs. 2 oz. (25^th percentile)
• Length: 29 3/4" (50^th percentile)
• Head: 18 3/4" (80^th percentile)

15 Month Checkup
On 10/19/05 I had a checkup and measurements. I was:

• Weight: 22 lbs. 5 oz. (15^th percentile)
• Length: 31 1/4" (50^th percentile)
• Head: 19" (80^th percentile)

18 Month Checkup
On 1/9/06 I had a checkup and measurements. I was:

• Weight: 22 lbs. 11 oz. (15^th percentile)
• Length: 32 1/2" (55^th percentile)
• Head: 19 1/4" (75^th percentile)
